Thanks Jungle Gym! ...
We ordered in June. The delivery was delayed, which is understandable considering the Covid19 situation. Although they could have been more proactive regarding communication of the delay, the customer service team was really helpful. I do not recall her name but a very kind woman kept us up to date about the delivery process and the expected delay. My husband and I are not the best DIYers, so it was a fun and challenging exercise building the play set! It took a weekend for us to build it up but the kids are extremely happy now. The product looks really nice and gets even more use than expected. Overall, really happy with the Jungle Safari. Thanks Junglegym!

Die Kinder haben spaß
Ich bin mit dem Spielturm an sich zufrieden. Blöderweise war die Lieferung unvollständig und ich musste eine weitere Woche auf die Nachlieferung warten. Ansonsten bin ich mit dem Service zufrieden und die Kinder haben spaß.

Excellent service ...
Excellent service both from the team in Holland but also from the UK supplier. They called to arrange delivery and installation and delivered exactly when they said they would. The installer (Lee) arrived right on time and worked very hard all day in poor weather to have the system up and running by the end of the day and did a brilliant job. Overall a most impressive customer focused service experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Jungle Gym highly enough!!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Spielturm mit Doppelschaukel von Jungle Gym. Die Lieferung kam nach 10 Tagen ordentlich verpackt mit Spedition bei uns an. Alles war vollständig und das Holz gut verarbeitet. Lediglich die Sägekanten mussten noch mit Schleifpapier nachgearbeitet werden und wurden dann noch mit Holzschutzmittel von mir gestrichen. Der Aufbau war mit einem Helfer in ca. 15 Stunden erledigt. Die Anleitung ist ausführlich, nur manchmal muss man überlegen, wie es gemeint ist. Schrauben sind von guter Qualität und auch das mitgelieferte Werkzeug ist sehr gut zu gebrauchen. Vernünftiger Akkuschrauber und Stichsäge sind natürlich ein Muß! Nur die mitgelieferten Fundamentanker habe ich durch Stabilere aus dem Baumarkt ersetzt. 4 Stück und ein Sack 30Kg Fertigzement pro Loch. So ist ein super stabiles Spielgerüst entstanden. Kann Jungle Gym bestens weiterempfehlen!
